Go to your local market and buy fresh salad and meat / fish. To go with it you can have fish (salmon, smoked haddock etc.), shellfish, chicken or something like a jacket potato. Very quick and easy to make and not stodgy. :)
    2018 totals:
    Savings £11,200
    Mortgage Overpayments £5,500

Hi sf, sorry you're feeling rubbish,

We've been eating loads of salad and having things like HM pizza & salad, burgers & salad, and things with jacket potatoes and HM wedges. It just seems more summery and doesn't take much prep.

    Not long left!

There was a thing on your blog about trackback links.

There's a trackback article on wiki, but it looks *really* complex. I'll have to get to grips with it sooner or later ... right now, I'm thinking "later".

At the bottom of each post? I haven't put that there, it's something automatic which I don't really understand about :)
