It's payday shuffle day :j :j
I'm so cool :rotfl: I've done the money shuffles, though I won't update my savings or the ultimate dream fund in my sig until the end of the month, as I'm hoping to transfer a bit more at the end of the monthbut, even if I don't manage it, my savings for the month are just under £900, in a combination of short term and long term savings, which I'm very happy about
NSD 18 for me as well today, just to continue the good money idealswe're having spaghetti bolognaise for tea, though it's some that I made a while ago that I put in the freezer, so it's just defrosting on the side. Nice and easy tea
I finally got more than 4 hours sleep last night which has made such a dramatic difference to my overall mood and energy. I'm still tired now I'm at home, but today has been easier and I've been able to focus for longer, which is so much more helpful :rotfl:
16 working days to go! :j :jBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I used to have a calendar on my desk and would cross off each day at the end of my maternity leave.
Are you working as long as you can or having a break before your due date (hopefully) I worked to the end which was a slog but I appreciated the time with my baby at the end of Mat leave.
Freezer food is the best kind, stuff tastes better the second time round, especially chilli and spag Bol!0 -

Definitely agree with the chilli statement. You can also add homemade curries and fajitas to that list!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -

It's the weekend :j :j
However, I spoke too soon about getting more sleep. I've been awake since about 4am this morningwoke up in a panic as I woke up on my back, and you're not supposed to sleep on your back in the third trimester. Then needed to get up to go to the toilet, then realised I couldn't remember the last time I felt bump move. So then I didn't want to go back to sleep until I had felt movement, so I was then walking around our bedroom
DH was not impressed...
After that I was awake and a bit anxious, so got up and went downstairs. Dozed a bit on a chair but nothing much. So, tired this evening
But, 34 weeks today! Getting closer and closer
NSD 19 for me today; I took lots of snack-y things to work today, and we're having leek and bacon risotto for tea which is currently bubbling away in the pan, just needs a stir every now and again. Going to have a nice relaxing evening and then get an early night, if I can make it past 9pm :rotfl:
