It's the holidays :j :j
Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how good it feels to be on holiday and know that I'm not going to work tomorrow (sorry to anyone that is though) and I can take my time wrapping up the presents and sorting out those final bits before the big day.
I have kept a tight reign on our finances in December, and, as I get paid tomorrow, I'm hoping to save quite a large sum this month. November was not the best in terms of finances (we didn't save anything!) so I'm trying to make it a bit better for the end of year update. I've been looking at my 2014 aims, and although I haven't met some of them, I haven't done too badly overall
2015 brings us some new challenges, but I'm looking forward to seeing what the next year brings
We're spending Christmas with my parents, and then Boxing Day with DH's parents, so it'll be a lovely family affairI'm looking forward to it so much; I'm not particularly bothered about presents really, I just like spending time with those closest to us. In a somewhat reflective statement, we don't spend enough time with those who are important to us, and this time of year really highlights that.
