Just got back home after an horrendous flight with BA.We paid £70 for the 2 back seats( which we did last year no probs) this time our seats didnt recline at all but the 2 seats in front of us over reclined so I had a german mans heads literally in my lap for 8 hours!!I nearly had a massive panic atrack so literally had to keep my eyes closed all the flight. Will write a trip report later on,when I have recovered!!!

    Stoneman and Pebbles (I think)

I am a convert to Chrystal Light.

I bought quite a bit back with me, put some on ebay for a week but it didn't sell.
Not bothered though as I have been taking a bottle with me to work everyday and what I have, wont last till next visit anyway

thanks for the heads up about it

I don't sell any on eBay either at the moment. Too busy with catheters and Tesco inks. Mind have found eBay really slow going in the past few months
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I just checked on seat guru and you were in the "hi J" configuration aircraft that clearly says row 53 has limited recline ( I assume you were in row 53, and also assume you checked seat guru before booking)
Edit: sorry it would have been hard to tell which configuration you were in before hand. I would contact BA and tell them of your displeasure. Stating that they should not charge extra for seats that do not recline, sounds horrendous

Just checked rates on my room at the Cosmo this week for when I go and it's coming in at $2,100. Flights were $1,660 originally meaning a total of $3,760. I paid the equivalent of $3,049 just 3 weeks ago. Seems I did it at he right time.

I think BA charge for seat reservations up until 24 hours before flight, so it is possible Hovis just payed the reservation fee rather than "extra" for those seats

I've looked for Gyros a few times... Since someone (ferf?) mentioned Aria did a Greek pizza (no longer available :() Obviously I've not looked hard enough tho :D - where did you find them? Sounds like I need to make a bit of a list

Edit: doh. Ignore, I misread. You've never had any in Vegas. I'm aware there is somewhere tucked up near (behind?) Wynn that sell them but never seen any on-strip :(

We actually pre- booked the seats at a charge of £35 each.IWe had same seats last year but on other side of the plane and those did have a decent recline. These ones had a metal bar at the very back of us so we reclined maybe 1/2 an inch. The problem was the over recline on the seats infront. It didnt help that the grerman man infront must have been 6'9" and reclined his seat the moment he got on till the moment he got off.I was fuming so kept knocking his seat with my legs and tapping very hard on the tv screen!!!He was so close to my lap I swear I could see the pores on his nose!

There is one further down from the Encore near the little cheap shops before you get to Peppermill Lounge.
