I hadn't heard of the Tuscany, so I googled it, and it looks a lovely place! Good luck in the slot tournaments!

I've heard we could be getting snow in November, so make the most of that sunshine, because that's what you could be coming back to! :rotfl:
Don't worry about me. We land home 13 dec and go to Spain on 18 dec until NYE. Can you tell I'm not keen on winter?

First week is at Orleans and includes a slot tournament on Tuesday. Then we move to Tuscany for the rest of the trip with a double booking at Orleans late Nov for another slot tournament.

Ooh, if you could let me know what that's like, that would be great! I'm doing a Slot Tournament at the Orleans on my birthday in December (a BIG birthday too! :D), when I probably should be partaying! I feel like the pipe, cardie and slippers are not too far away...

I love slots tournaments ......they don't take up much time and the atmosphere is usually really good with people cheering on their friends.

We were at the Palms one time and my friend was getting a players card (I already had one) and they gave her an invite to the one the next day so she of course asked if I could have one too. We played our round and then wandered over to the Rio for lunch -I was pretty far up the rankings but didn't expect anything out of it but popped back in afterwards.....and collected my $350 for coming 6th :D

At the risk of sounding naive, what are slot tournaments?

Rates for next Mar/Apr are similar as well.

I've just booked our first three nights at GN (thur, fri, sat) and am looking at the next three (sun, mon, tues) - so far MC is coming out around £120 both direct and via 3rd parties (excl. resort fees) and the Signature is the same (on 3rd party site but more direct, again excl fees).

We are just debating whether we want to try the Sig or go back to MC (we stayed there for a couple of nights in 2012).
For that price I think I do.
