Would you mind listing the discounts....assuming it was fairly recent ? :)

Goodness it was a 100 page book, offers valid to 9 August so current :) I'm at Vegas airport now waiting for my flight home, if I had known I would have kept the book and whiled away the time listing the deals.

Most of the offers were 10% off food at certain restaurants or a second cocktail half price when you pay full price for the first. One of the best deals was a free oatmeal giant cookie when you buy 2 soft drinks from any Bouchon on the strip. Most of the restaurants were the more expensive ones in the Venetianshopping mall. There were also upgrade tickets available for some shows. I know rock of ages at Venetian offered front stalls for the price of rear ones when booked through any Venetian/ palazzo box office - but you would be mad to get that deal when you can go to the discount ticket booth at casino royals next door for cheaper prices.

    hi,
I have just booked our road trip which includes vegas flying out 5 weeks Wednesday. is it worth doing the myvegas? will there be enough time to get any discounts off or will it be a waste of time? I know ive left it late but its took all year to convince the OH.

also I know its personal opinion but we have a choice of staying at NYNY, MGM, Hard Rock (hard rock being the cheapest) Planet Hollywood but we will have hit the roads for 3 days so we want a chill out with good pools for lazying around could someone give me an idea which hotel would be best for this
    thanks

You could probably earn enough for some buffet passes in that time.

I'd go MGM definitely if you're looking for a good pool, they have some offers on their website for room stays with free buffet passes also.

That's really awful, sorry to hear that. Have you told the police the cat is missing? Is the cat friendly? Is it remotely possible it would have let them pick it up and take it when they were in your house? I hope not. It probably just got a fright and wandered off...and will be back when it is hungry.

My boyfriend was convinced they'd taken her and thrown her out of the car enroute to Bromley (where they got nicked) despite me pointing out how unlikely that was.......... Anyway I was up early this morning and heard a bell in the garden - looked out and in she strolled looking sleek and fed so goodness knows where she has been. Wasn't sure if I wanted to hug her or shake her LOL. Just need the car back now - no-one can tell us when the forensics will be done ...and apparently the only officer who can tell us is off sick today.

I thought the cat dramas were over but just had amessage from my son that he thinks my own cat has an injured tail (he got trapped in brambles last week by his very fluffy tail - and apparently it looks wonky so he may have broken he my son thinks -but this cat has a very high pain tolerence - even when he ripped himself open on a fence with all his organs exposed he didn't even meow) <sigh>

sooo pleased kitty a is back home and sorry to hear about kitty b...but at least both are accounted for...they are so naughty when they disappear for a bit and worry us to death.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Glad your cat is safe. Sad your other one has a broken tail. You'll just have to wait for the Ka if the cops still have it. Hoping it won't be too long.

Thanks for the info. Sorry, I had assumed it was a printed A4 page like some hotels do with half a dozen or so coupons. I had no idea it was so many, or wouldn't have asked you to list them :rotfl:

Did you have a nice time at the hotel?

I'm glad to hear the cat is back. I was concerned they had taken it to be honest....but hoping not obviously. I'm glad she is back and well.

Amazing hotel = easy to get lost. Particularly liked the gondola area where you really felt outside inside. Only downside is that the tables for blackjack have a high starting minimum 15$ at weekends, so OH had to go to a cheaper place next door to get a decent play without blowing his limit. It is a very very big hotel, but the bedrooms are beautiful = all suites, so plenty of room.
