You will need a padded jacket perhaps to keep the chill off as it will only be 114f today.................Enjoy

You may well need to keep bits covered as the sunburn time is 15-20 minutes exposure without any cream.

I will second this, but highly recommend that you always keep your bits covered in Vegas ;);) :rotfl:

Hi guys, i am on day 8 of 14 in Vegas, will post full report when i am back. Partner is in the bath so i have sneaked on the laptop to post... :)

Anyhoo it is actually really hot here, like 50 degrees so if you're coming bring the cream ready. 4th July sales have been very hard on my money saving wallet everything is half price!!

I bought 2 winter Abercrombie & Fitch coats a hoodie and 5 t shirts for $142 :T:T:T Would cost me that for a coat back home.

I had tickets to watch KA but unfortunately this has been cancelled due to that sad accident and someone has passed away. The hotel is being very good about it we got free bumped up tickets for Zarkana right at the front which should have cost us an extra $200 dollars on our original purchase.

We came for my partners 30th birthday, thinking of taking him to 'La Rev!' has anyone seen it? I am thinking that or Celine Dion.... but i think that's more for me :T:T

    Speak to you all soonx

I went to La Reve last year, and absolutely loved it. I've seen 3 different Cirque shows and all amazed me but La Reve is just that bit better for me, I think it just flows better. Bear in mind the technicalities of having 20+ people jumping and diving simultaneously into what's actually quite a small pool, and the disappearing floors etc and it's mind-blowing.

What I would give to have that weather here, right now, lol! Talk about gloomy! I so remember, when we actually had seasons here rather than an ongoing winter with a few days of sun :D

I don't think we would ever leave the safety of the casinos if it was 50* when we were there...I appreciate that some people love it...it sounds like our worst nightmare. :)

as for Le Reve - I think for some it's a good choice as it's less Cirque-y than some...more music you know, more dance-y...that's what I remember most about it...being able to sing along (in my head, not out loud as no one wants that) whereas that doesn't happen with the non-Beatles/Elvis Cirque shows...we enjoyed it...we liked O better - that was more of an overall impressive show for us...but we really liked Le Reve...it helped that we had read what the general theme was...at least I think so.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
