Had "What happened in Vegas" on telly in the background last night......anyone think the Vegas "stiff upper lip" advert is the worst advert ever? They've wasted their money IMHO, not understanding who their potential customers are.

Yes! I think its really creepy and sinister and turn away from the TV. _pale_

It also gives absolutely nil impression of anything about Vegas.

I hadn't seen the advert but found it on youtube and that's just awful...I'm sure someone thought it was really clever (i know - we show the 'stiff upper lips' left at home ha ha fabulous!) but agree that it's just plain creepy.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I think it's quite a good ad... You can't say it's not effective!

    I'd say its outstandingly ineffective.

I don't like it, although publicity is just that, whether it's good feedback or bad.

If I'd never visited before, it definitely wouldn't make me want to check it out.

We are planning on keeping our car on an extra few days after arriving in Vegas. If we plan to visit other hotels can anyone tell me if there are parking charges or how it works. Thanks.
