I rented a car last week. No mention of the IDP. I will be picking another up next week, so I'll let you know.

Not sure when you are going

Not till September - but got a BOGOF in the Las Vegas Advisor. We're only likely to go to it once anyway.

what do people reckon about this price (now £801pp after quidco)... quidco 8% offer expires tomorrow too.

averages out at £500pp for flights and £85/night for the room...

getting those nerves about whether to book or to hold out! :D

this is why i need more conviction :D ... price on ebookers has now gone up to £1056pp :( it's true that you don't know you got til it's gone! wish i'd have booked it now...

a week in mid october is a good price (11-18 oct), though does the weather start to take a turn by then?

If the price goes up when you check several times, remember to clear your cookies or use another browser then the price may go down.

I had that on Friday with VS. Had been tracking flights to Florida, and was about to book them when suddenly they were £100 more expensive.

Tried Chrome, and they were back at the original price. Booked them immediately. M and M rate these days seems to be £40 or so off the cash price of a fare.

Not sure if it was cookied, or whether they were fidding with "time of day" pricing.

Part of me wonders if the price goes up depending on how often a particular booking is looked at?!

Yup. And when the percentage of viewers to purchasers drops, reduce the price.
