I can only go on personal experience. Earned points and redeemed to get code online. Then had to phone myvegas line in US to book hotel. Given booking reference and away you go.
I am now saving up for show tickets and food credit. Have got a mate and his wife playing who are aiming for a cabana.

You will need to gain friends who play the game to get quickest earning of chips - but that is easy via a couple of Myvegas facebook groups.

am sorted now, i'll carry on playing it just in case i get something for when i am there...
Not booked yet, but looking to do so today, just in case i lose out again (costs rise).

Were gonna fly from Bristol to Amsterdam (KLM), and then the flight deal begins from there, which is using US Airways (plane/terminal change at Philly), then onto Vegas....
Same for return leg, although when we come back to Amsterdam, got nearly 8hrs for the flight home to Bristol......

Hotels picked are: LVH for 4 nights (Memorial weekend), then 6 nights at the Excalibur...
Although, the hotels will be booked seperatly, so hopefully some kind of special super deal may arrise ? Way am working it is, we got £400 (exclud resort fee) to spend on hotels for the 10 nights......
4 nts LVH and 6 Excal = £386 (or more if u book via the US sites or direct..)

Just joined up to My Vegas as well, I will have to get Kathy playing as she spends hours playing facebook games on the ipad.
Not sure I'd trust it for a room but free drinks ect are always cool.

My hubby is still playing even though he said he would stop after 15k points and Secret Garden tickets (which we didn't use so are going to get the points back)...I think for rooms you end up with a booking reference number just like you would if you booked and paid for a room, so should be OK.

We're currently waiting for the Bellagio 2x lunch buffet for 15k points to come back...naturally things seem to vanish just when we're thinking about using some points for a particular offer.

I personally could not bear it myself, but I cannot bear to spend much time on Facebook generally.

And baza never posted his trip report - he promised!

I'm on myvegas, got two nights in suite at mirage. Played since October. Can get addictive but great way of earning free stuff. :-)
