Can you not updated it online? Usually you can modify it online...otherwise I would just call them (use the international call checker)...or you could send them a message via

    https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask/list

We've done that before to link reservations, etc. and usually have a reply pretty quickly.

    Thanks ferf, I will try the contact form, unfortunately it won't let me update online :( I get this;

    Caesars wrote:
The following types of reservations cannot be modified at this time:
    • Offers Reservation
    • Package Reservation
    • Promotion Reservation
    • Group Reservation
    • Room Upgrade Reservation
    • Reservations made by another person
    • Canceled Reservation
    • Non Cancelable Reservations
Caesars Entertainment is diligently working to expand our modify capabilities. In the future, you will be able to modify many of the reservation types online.

Until then, please call 1-800-CAESARS (1-800-223-7277) if you need assistance. Thank you for your understanding we look forward to seeing you at one of our casinos soon.

MMMMM Malta or Vegas know which one I would choose...Vegas twice :T

Haha, nothing wrong with a bit of variety. I quite fancied driving from Phoenix, but we can do that on our 2014 trip. :) When I started looking up Malta trips the prices were poor value, that changed when I found something a bit better (thanks to the holiday inn thread which I have used a few times!). Looking at the Phoenix - Vegas - San Diego thing, it was going to cost quite a bit, and I do prefer to do one US (Vegas) trip, one Europe, plus a winter trip. Winter trip has been Florida a couple of times. I hear what you are saying, but I'm still looking forward to Malta. :rotfl:

I need to contact Bally's to extend our reservation by a day and plan to mention it will be our honeymoon :D

I'm struggling to find an email address though, all I can see is the phone number! Can any Bally's experts direct me to an email addy I can use?

Also is it worth emailing the Palazzo before, even though our booking is through Priceline? I'm tending to think we'll just try the $20/$50 trick at check in, or maybe even ask nicely mentioning our honeymoon! Any experiences of either would be great :)

Am about to have another go with Priceline to book rooms for my mum and brother, aiming for another great 5* deal. I will let you know what happens!

Please keep us posted on this. I'm keen to hear what you end up with for your next bids. I can't remember when you're going to Palazzo (2-6 September for me). If you're there before me and try the $20 trick please let me know how that goes :)

I would call Ballys, thats by far the best way to contact any hotel in Vegas, they dont seem to like emails

Thanks Photome, I'm getting that feeling! Have submitted a contact form request this time to extend my stay, will let you know what happens!

The Palazzo actually has an email addy published, but not really sure what to say, as I'm not asking for anything else other than an upgrade! So I still think the $20/50 trick is the way to go for them.

Also struggling to find contact details for the various restaurants as a lot are now using online forms to book but the number of guests only goes up to 5 or so. Some have a group bookings hotline but not all. =/ Never mind, will persevere!

Lesley, my Palazzo booking is 21-24 April, $120 per night :)

Just did Priceline for my mum and brother, got the Vdara for $140 per room for weekend nights, so very happy again, and they love it!

Stuck to the same strategy as my Palazzo booking, but included Strip South this time. $140 was my maximum bid though, would have started again if that hadn't worked, aiming for the TI or Monte Carlo (4* north) at $70 or so.

Woo hoo, things coming together now :) Have found a couple of nice houses to rent, am waiting to hear back from them and then hopefully that's all the accommodation bookings sorted... finally!

Just the meals on the wedding day and maybe a limo or two to sort out

Skoobie the same thing applies with restaurants, give them a call, especially if you want a large booking.

I think the cheapest call is 1p per minute, so next to nothing

Hi, anyone got any restaurant recommendations? I'm getting married there on 12 May with 3 parents so there will be 5 of us in total. I've looked at loads of restaurants for a meal after the wedding and can't find one that will suit us all.

Everyone I've looked at serves foie gras, I really do not want to go to a restaurant serving this. Also lots of them have odd (in my opinion) combinations of food or it's just too fancy.

    Any ideas?

Also, is it a good idea to wait til we get there to book show tickets?

Cheesecake Factory! They do everything, and I'm pretty sure won't do foie gras ;)

But seriously, sounds like you've got a picky group, so if you all went out in the UK, what kind of restaurant would be best for you all? Can then make some suggestions for Vegas :)

Skoobie,we emailed MGM when it was OH 50th,but a friend of ours went the month before and managed to get me the concerge's personal email address and we just arranged it through him.As for the Mirage last year there was no email address for me to use but I'm rubbish with computers so my son ( who works with them all day)just cut n paste n got it sent and again the events person contacted me!
I wouldn't hesitate to ring them direct and just ask upfront for what you want and I'm sure they will do what they can for you.
    Good Luck!!!

Can you give us an idea what you mean by this as it may help to give you ideas that are more specific? Knowing what sort of budget might help too...and if there's anything that needs to be specifically avoided other than what's been mentioned.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
