Going May 7th got table 23
thanks for the heads up , wife got all emotional when I told her I had booked
If you REALLY want brownie points the box office will often let you pay the upgrade to VIP on the night so she could do the meet and greet afterwards (you could just pay it for one if you don't want to do it) ....or failing that you could do a Mr Ferf !!!! Can you sing ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Think we only did 2 nights because we arrived late afternoon, did Lowell observatery first evening, grand canyon next day in the east entrance out the south entrance stopped at the flintstones place on route back (missus idea) http://www.roadsideamerica.com/ back early evening for some pool time.Sedona defo worth a visit.Harrahs is at the top end of the strip easy walk down but uphill back.Golden nugget there has got a fantastic selection of video slots the missus loved not having to move around to much to find her favourites0

Intersting that you took 2 nights at Flagstaff. Do you think 1 night is not enough? We'll leave Phoenix (or Scottsdale) early, so expect to arrive late morning. We'll drop our stuff off and go to the canyon, then enjoy that evening in town (I have read that it's quite nice to wander around town). Next morning we'll had to Laughlin (bit longer drive at almost 3 hours). Having been in Laughlin before, we expect we'll just arrive, enjoy the sunshine, maybe go over to the mall (which isn't great), probably too hot to go on a boat on the river. Dinner in the evening (possibly a buffet) wander round a few casinos and maybe see if there's a comedy show or something on somewhere. From memory I think Harrah's is at one end of town, will have to check that out. I expect it will be hot for walking in June.
I wonder if we need more time at the canyon, and also should be go to Sedona if we stay in Flagstaff?
If you are going to Flagstaff, IMO the meteor crater is worth a look and Sedona is spectacular, to take in the GC we stayed 2 nights there, 1 night at Flagstaff and 2 nights at Sedona but on different trips.
Have never been to phoenix as been told its not worth it0 -

How much is the upgrade considering I have only paid $61 a ticket :T.
Not sure she would really want to do that anyway0 -

I was looking at 7 and 8 May and I think I booked for the 8th otherwise we would have been at the same table!
IIRC the tables behind, Table 28, etc are raised above the main floor. Tables 22, 23, etc were in the next price bracket the last two times we have gone so getting these for the same price is a steal.
Glad your wife is happy. Major brownie points for you.0 -
Bit of research done....
The deal for this Chrysler 300c which shows Airport for 1 week at £214, turns out to be Swenson str, which is just off the airport.....
Also shows its a Dollar Rental, ironically, the reviews about this place are bad!!
And out of the Dollar rental places in Vegas, this appears to the be cheaper one... strange as i thought all places would be the same rate ?!! hmmmmmmmmmmmm
I must have missed something, as I did a dummy booking, all but entering card details and couldn't see who the company was. How did you know without booking? Thanks.:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0 -
Those Caesars Group resort fees, now officially announced to be happening:

Traveller:
I'm a smarty pants, thats how i found out who the deal is with..
I'll explain anyhow
Do a seach for cars on CH3000 in Vegas airport, the Chrylser 300c deal shows up as airport for £213.89 inc fuel.....
Then do same search but include all areas in Vegas, you see the same deal for the airport, then you see the same deal giving an address of Swenson street....
Do a google search, and there you see Dollar rental
you can also use dollar.com and see it on there too, would appear swenson st has a low figure for prem rental
However, I get the feeling Dollar use TownCars instead of the Chrysler 300c, but i could be wrong! I might call them to see if they stock more towncars than the 300c0 -
