    I absolutely agree. The OP has been good enough to let the Company know they made a mistake. It is now entirely up to the Company as to how they put right their mistake at no additional inconvenience to the OP.

    Blimey, she's a Newbie, only been here a couple of weeks? If she think's my attitude stinks I think she's in for a shock. She'll be blocking more people than she's speaking to!!
