I fail to see how what Gregg has said is rude.
I have to say if I had received unasked for items, I would inform the company but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to return them. I would arrange something convenient to me.
As OP has already said, the only day convenient to her is a Sunday. After all the grief and questions she has had on here, I daresay she'd have been better just to bin them! Oh, but she didn't she actually took time to call the company to let them know where their goods were.0 -

I absolutely agree. The OP has been good enough to let the Company know they made a mistake. It is now entirely up to the Company as to how they put right their mistake at no additional inconvenience to the OP.0 -
