  • Just to let you all know, especially Kat, that you are an absolute inspiration for me. Without Kat I don't think myself & OH would be at the stage we are at now, which is having enough savings to cover the debt twice over (but not paying it off as it is 0% for now & disappearing at £50pm anyway!)

I think each and every day about what I am doing/spending... SO much harder than I ever have. I am truly enjoying it all.

So although I don't think I can stick to this challenge & won't be getting a number, I'll be following as closely as I can & sticking to it. Hopefully come the end of Jan I'll have even more of my income zooming across to savings :D

    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi sign me up to this :)
  • Can i be counted in please? I really need to get my finances in some sort of order and some savings accumulated this year. I tend to overbuy food (just in case the 5000 turn up and need feeding, according to everyone who knows me) and seem to spend most of my time sorting everyone else out instead of concentrating on what i need to do. Well, THIS YEAR IT STOPS!
\i just hope i can keep it up without feeling too guilty.

This year i WILL have savings!
  • I've always struggled with the concept of NSD being on a separate thread as i saw it as a separate challenge. So have mainly just updated on the thread that i am partaking in. Cos i can't keep track of two challenges. Lol I've tried but Im not that good at keeping track. So i have just stuck it in my signature but also update when i remember on the post. L2B.x

i just wanted to say thank you for your advice and am sorry if you get caught up in the cross fire because of me asking that question thanks again x x
