I make my meatballs the following way and they stick together nicely (start frying on high heat then lower after a couple of minutes to prevent burning)

beef mince
onions, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, mustard to taste
one egg to bind them
a few tbsp breadcrumbs to make them lighter

Also I only make them walnut size which helps them not falling apart

Thank you sweets I'll put it out there in a vague hypothetical way once the dust has settled... It really is nothing interesting, I just get paranoid that I'm being selfish and unreasonable sometimes and like someone not involved to put me straight

OH back from shop .. total spent at shop £9.77 so first spend of the month .. thats for everything on the list plus goats cheese for 50p each which im happy with as i cant eat cows dairy ..... nothing now apart from maybe more milk its ridiculous how much they go through considering i cant have it ... anyhooo added on to the sig x

Never thought of that. Only started buying baked beans again as the wee man likes them and last bought them as a student. So I never thought of using them in anything, but you're right it's just beans in tomato sauce, might try that.

I use baked beans in my chilli to replace kidney beans, cheaper Good for bulking out meals too
