    I am guessing she means that she will be providing a bail address under section 4(1)(c) of the Immigration and Asylum Act. Not an actual fee.

    Genuine question - how do you manage to meet an asylum seeker, have a bit of nookie and fall for him to the extent that you would live with them? I'm intrigued, but as I have never even met an asylum seeker, have no idea how these things work - it's not like you'd find them on match.com, or in your local pub?

    Now that depends on the reason for detaining. As she is pregnant this isn't likely to be a short detainee situation is it.

    Very true. My point in commenting was becuase the OP only wanted benefit guidance/information not advice re; the boyfriend.

    If it was an address only they'd have done this by now. They are a troll (probably the Piggy one) and don't think up very good situations to troll with.

    At least to the pregnancy, JSA - Income Support via the pregnancy, jail, benefits and disability separately. To do all at once kinda gives it away
