lush, I've seen the basic mini-waffles as 1 syn on the site but I've no idea which brand they could be. The Lild ones quoted are:
Lidl, Belbake Egg Waffles, 12 pack, 21g each
They're 5 syns each:eek:
hmm, I don't eat them so much so that's not too bad (in my eyes) buuut having said that I took the packaging to my consultant (as I couldn't access the calculator etc online at the time) and got a text after group that week from her saying she'd checked at that it was the right syn value - hmm so annoying! Sorry to anyone who got their hopes up for waffles then!
mymamma from KFC I only eat a couple of pieces of chicken with all the coating and skin underneath removed. I steam some sweetcorn when i get home or have some cold. I count syns as I know there's some in there. Speaking with my consultant she says 5 should cover it as I eat no skin or coating etc - although today I'm skeptical of stuff she's said to me in the past now cos of the waffles thing
My weightloss hasn't suffered for eating KFC or the waffles so either I'm lucky or my body isn't stressed about it :S bah************************************

I lost a total of 10 stone 13 pounds, going from 27 stone 7 pounds to 16 stone 8 pounds.
Watchitm80 Junior lost a total of 2 stone 6½ pounds, going from 14 stone 5 pounds to 11 stone 12½ pounds. He's struggling big-time at the moment, and at an age where he won't be told!
Mrs Watchitm80 is the real star in the family. She has lost (in 51 weeks) a total of 3 stone 11 pounds, going from 13 stone 12 pounds to 10 stone 1 pound - and she looks good with it!

Evening all, feel even more tired today than yesterday even though I had a good nights sleep. Looking forward to going to bed already
.
We are back to normal school wise, our head was even ringing round chasing up families that haven't been in since the snow hit even though we were only shut 2 days. I even offered to take a child in who's house I walk past as they hadn't been in since last Tuesday, he was in today [funny that].
Anyhoo, food today:
B - weetabix milk [a] 2x coffee
L - 2x wm rolls [2x b], 2 tsp jam [2], 2x cherry toms, apple/pineapple/yog, choc orange thin [3.5]
S - cheese curls [4.5]
T - curried carrot & lentil soup with mash [odd I know]
Syns - 10
Soup is so filling will be stuffed so no worry of snacking laterIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Takeiteasy - I don't find it odd that you have mash with your soup, me and DH often do otherwise it's not particularly filling, especially if I've already used my HEB for breakfast - usually only get 1 as I do EE most of the time.

Got work tomorrow then popping round to bf's grandparents house as it grandma's birthday then its WI followed by an hours freelance twitter work so probably won't find time to hop on!
Plan:
b: porridge and banana
L: erm...not sure yet. probably just a ham sandwich
t: leftover spag bol after WI whilst bf has usual wednesday night spam fritter and chips!
Will be snacking away on fruit all week.
Still feeling 'thin' despite it being *week etc. Nice to be 'feeling' my new size rather than just listening to people tell me i look so slim etc without feeling it!
Won't be surprised with a small gain - as long as it's not too far from target (preferably within the 3lb leeway!)************************************
