Really struggling this week. I've got out of the way of counting my syns and really need to start again. I'm 4 lbs off having 2 stone off so really need to re motivate myself. Any ideas?

Lantanna - I'm so with you on this one. I've had a total blow out today - too embarrassed to admit to what I've eaten but suffice to say I've probably eaten at least 3 weeks worth of syns :eek:

I've lost my motivation at the moment and left myself with a huge headache. I'm supposed to be going to zumba this evening and really hope I do and don't make an excuse not to !

Come on girl we can do this together - we're both about at the same page weightwise and I'm sure we can get there together.

Blodwen - well done - it's a great feeling that (I've just lost it at the moment :()

Lol I feel the need for a blow out week not day lol. Yes well I'm off to M&S at lunch to be inspired by some clothes and to pick up a salad. This is the first in 9 weeks I've felt like giving up so not too bad. Hopefully I can make it to Monday and have a loss.

so much for me posting after 11 last night, that my choc was still uneaten !! Wait for this... Between 12 and 6 am, I ate, 5 WW choc wafer bars, 2 small cad bubbly bars, 3 med pkts of cadbury buttons ! SO thats my battle my lifelong chocolate addictionee..
wow thats some choclolate habbit , can i make a suggestion to you
its a tough one but perhaps you should consider limiting the amount of chocolate items you buy in a week then if its not in the house you cannot eat it .....stock up with mullerlight choc and turkish delight and low syn treats instead :)#

Hi all, returned to SW class for the umpteenth time yesterday at my heaviest yet :(
Any suggestions for interesting 'snacks' please other than yoghurt & fruit - preferably free as poss. Having a very hungry day even though I've had a huge jacket potato for lunch!
I avoided EE last time I did SW instead ignorning it for my fave green days. I'm trying really hard at EE this time, but my food diary's still look 'green' but with a bit more superfree & haf the HE's - is this ok? Should I be eating more 'red' free foods aswell?

    Thanks xx

Lol, I will try! When I've done fat club before I always felt it was really unfair that some people can eat what they want and I will have to diet/watch what I eat forever, and I still have the odd tantrum about it but at the moment I'm feeling quite virtuous about eating healthily and exercising and am not minding having soup or salad for lunch every day when other people in work are eating other goodies- am trying to hold onto that feeling!

I've said it before and I know SW frown on it but I still have what you might call a blow out night after WI - I don't go completely mad and stuff myself but I certainly have whatever I want and eat plenty of stuff I know I won't be having during the week. It can sometimes make it a bit harder to adjust back to the plan the next day but as I've said, it works for me and keeps me on plan, although when I get closer to target I fear I may have to reduce my treat night a bit :(

Well done on going for the salad - just making the right choice once is good to spur us on to keep going :)

You don't have to have any red foods at all on EE but if that is the case you might as well do green so you get your extra HEs but just try and incorporate plenty of SFs into the green plan. If you fancied some meat or fish you could do the odd day of EE.

If you're hungry you could have something like a mugshot as a snack, and i know you said not fruit but maybe try some different types of fruit to the usual apples and bananas - I love strawberries at pineapple at the moment. Also Mini Milks are only 1.5, and you could make your own ice lollies/ice pops.
