  • Uggh. 4 days of sleepless hell really messes up your plans doesn't it. Totally shattered. Failed to resist the shortbread yesterday scoffed the lot, that'll show in the morning. :/
Nice to see that some of us can get out to the sunny bbq's and stay on the wagon. Still working on that one here -too.

I'll have a look around mm. There are plenty of wide legged trousers but do you mean the knee length sort that look like a skirt until you walk? I had a quick google and asos do them so you could get them delivered.

I checked on-line and oat bran is 4.5 syns for 25g.

I've had quite a good day but don't feel I'm actually losing.

Breakfast was a bowl of porage, lunch I had a nicoise salad from Pret a Manger and supper I had liver & onions with cabbage, carrots, peas and mash. Syns were a small juice, squirt of syrup, gravy and the smallest dribble of vinaigrette. I like those salads if I'm treating myself. They're basically tuna, egg, lots of leaves, cucumber, tomato and I saw a very few capers in there. The vinaigrette is in a separate tub and I used no more than a couple of teaspoons. I enjoyed it sitting in the sun.

We've been invited out for lunch tomorrow so that'll be a flexi meal.:(

I know I shouldn't but I did laugh at mm and aggy and the midnight feasts. It reminded me of a Nigella programme where she was making French toast dredged with sugar in the middle of the night.

No idea - I hate looking for and buying clothes - but they're comfortable and I'd really like to find some.

Actually doesn't matter whether they're short or long although short would be more comfortable in this heat. Thanks for the heads up about Asos though - I will check today.

what do people do with their syns, do you generally use them all every day? if you only have 3 one day do you carry them onto the next or disregard them? just curious really! I have days where I'll only have like 0-3 syns but it backfires on me cos on other days I'll think we'll I only had 3 on that day so I can have more today...if you see what I mean.

iv had a craving for a mars bar all week so I gave in yesterday and bought one - they're about 15 syns so basically used them all for the day but I still feel quite guilty! but that's what syns are there for right? obviously I wouldn't be having a mars every day ha.
