now going to see if I can get to sleep - I know I'm going to regret this big time in the morning :-(
I had a funny nights sleep as well last night. I woke when it was just starting to turn light and started fretting about what i was eating on SW . Tossed and turned for a while and then fell back asleep. Took me ages to wake this morning..
How did you feel after you had the toast? I hope you managed to get some sleep afterwards MM.

Finally went to bed at 3.30 but then was up at 6.30 - should have walked this morning but just too knackered. Now sitting at the computer and struggling to keep my eyes open!!!Mediterranean Mum

Morning all
How is everyone? I am a bit tired today due to broken sleep last night. Think i will be ok though as my menu is already planned out for the day
Green for me
B - 2 x 400g WM toast (hex b) with 1/2 hex a philli. 2 Quorn sausages (2)
L - coconut chicken curry rice (1)
D - sweet potato "pizza" - 2nd 1/2 hex a cheese with sweetcorn & peppers on top.
snacks - pineapple, WW yog (0.5), 2 x hifi light (hex b)
If last week is anything to go by then i think i will still be full from lunch - last week i was full all day so dinner may be changeable yet. If i am still full then i think i will swap the hifi for a sandwich with beetroot, carrot & HM hummous.
Hope everyone has a nice day.

Morning All,
So I dragged myself to wi last night and had 0.5 lb off - so was happy enough with that for PMT week. Headed to the chippy after and had a pastie supper with three slices of Nimble and red sauce. I deserved it and its done - thats the way I'm looking at it. I'm wondering are my iron levels low and could that be causing the terrible PMT. Anyway back on track this morning - I think I needed a little treat with how I was feeling. :rotfl:0 -
Had a STS today but I think I got away lightly. I am so angry with my self. I had counted all my sins but one day had a whole bottle of rose wine to my self which was on top of my sins for the week. I had even got a baked potato when we were out but would rather have had chips.
Note to self must do better next week.
Good luck to every one having a weigh in.Sealed Pot Challenge 1441

Hi Sarjsmith and welcome from another non-UK resident. I did the plan online at the beginning but now just do it on my own with the wonderful friends I've made here.
I can't answer your syn question but would love to have the recipe if you would care to share.Mediterranean Mum

I eat during the night too, when I cant sleep, I know its just a learned reaction, I wake, think of chocolate, go and get some, usually loads!
so much for me posting after 11 last night, that my choc was still uneaten !! Wait for this... Between 12 and 6 am, I ate, 5 WW choc wafer bars, 2 small cad bubbly bars, 3 med pkts of cadbury buttons ! SO thats my battle my lifelong chocolate addiction. I remember getting dinner money of 10p , lol, spent 5p on a hot pie, 5p on galaxy, my pal and I used to see who could make it last longest.:)
Dunno what my mood is today, a bit low, so we shall see..0
