I've still felt a little dodgy today (& still absolutely no idea why - I can usually pin point the reasons I feel crap but not this time)
Anyway, no exercise .... tut ....
menu:
b - mix fruit & ff nat yog
L - cucumber & chicken drumsticks x 2 (came in a marinade of sweet chilli & lime [from sainsburys]) No idea how to syn them so said something akin to 'oh well it was only 2 drumsticks & I usually only syn 4 or so a day so I have shed loads of flexible syns surely, IF they WERE actually that bad, but I'm thinking I'll say 10 syns because I really don't know ....'
t - jacket pot, 3 cheese triangles (1/2 HEA), lettuce, cue, toms, ff dressing, prawns. frozen yogurt (as in I took ww yogs & shoved them in freezer and eat them when they are solid & pretend they are ice-creamish)
I might have a hot choc while watching BGT in a bit (yes I AM sad lol)
Haven't weighed myself but - & I'm really happy about this - I won a plushy (soft toy) dalek at seaside today & I resisted chips, sweets, donuts, ice cream & the random other crap you get at seasideswhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.
When life gives you melons, stick them in your top & say you've had a boob job0 -

I used to make a vegetable frittata every single morning - tons of vegetables (I buy the frozen mix), stir-fried with lots of onion and sometimes a grated courgette too. Then pour over a couple of beaten eggs and sprinkle over that 45g grated mozzarella (lower fat so you get 45g instead of 30g of other cheese). Let is set on the bottom then transfer to the grill section of the oven and let it set on top. Delicious and really filling.
What's the difference between omlette and fritata?[/QUOTE]
Just catching up on the postings while I was away -
Frogga, an omelette is usually egg first and then any fillings on top and folded over. Frittata is veg first then pour in the egg and brown under the grill - at least that's my definition!!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Thanks for that Mum and welcome back
Will try to keep on being good here. Am applying for another job next week that would be a big promotion so need to get smarter clothes, therefore the need to lose more weight has added pressure.
Got an online shop from Ocado last night. 2nd time. Am really cross that they packed SO badly again. Everything comes in really big bags and so they put too much in and it all gets squashed! Squashed bread, garlic bread, pizza, yogurts all upside down in with leaky milk  I had a £7.50 off voucher so that's why I used them, and they do nice, different things, but their packing is rubbish! I complained

Morning all,
Been busy this morning made a celery and carrot soup and a SW quiche using up veg that's going bendy in the fridge. Also been on the myfitnesspal site after reading the advice from MM and put in a sample menu to see how it worked and was shocked by the amount of sugar I'm eating and I haven't even got a sweet tooth at all! I did completly SW and was over on sugar and protein and under by 566 calories - a real eye opener. Was surprised by the amount of sugar in yogurt and I only have the FF natural one - has anybody got any ideas which yogurts are lowest in sugars?DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000
