    Hi again everyone,
just read through the last weeks comments and agree that the support you get on here is so much better than advice received at group. The group I have joined isn't very big but the consultant talks more about himself than his clients!
I am determined to get back to target though and knowing that I'm going to be weighed each week is my incentive.
This week is my second week and i've lost another 2 1/2 llbs making 4 llbs altogether and 16 and a 1/2 llbs to go, also was SOW so that's a good incentive received lovely basket of free foods.

Marco1dog - other people will come on here who are far more experienced than me but in my opinion you are not eating nearly enough! There appears to be only one meal on there other than breakfast your eggs, chips and beans what did you have for dinner/lunch?
Also other than grapes and bananas there are no SF foods. A third of every meal should be SF.
Milk should be 350ml don't know how that converts to half a pint.

    Thanks for the reply Sandypan.
I forgot to say I had some tomato and a bit salad with my chips, egg etc.
I had the yog and fruit for my lunch and the chips egg etc as my dinner.
I have to say I feel very full. I thought the fruit with my yog would be SF as would the salad and tomato.
    Thanks again.

I have had a very busy day today. As a result I snacked on things I wouldn't usually eat.
    Breakfast HE B porridge, banana
snacks home made twinks x 4!!! No idea of the syn value
    apple
Dinner M & S Chicken en croute with cheesy potato mash and bucket loads of salad with a mustard dressing (DH has made dinner as a treat for me)

I have used my HEA as milk in my tea as I always have porridge made with water.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

  • I had a massive blow out yesterday evening. Went to neighbours fir curry - all home made and delicious, but probably had quite a lot of fat hidden in it. Didn't drink much wine there but when I got back I had another glass and some HM caramel chocolate shortbread. It was delicious but very high syn!!!

Anyway, back on the wagon today!
BF: berries, yoghurt, frittata with bacon.
    L: ham sandwich, salad, apple
    D: roast chicken, potatoes, veg

HEA is milk. I won't have wine tonight, so not sure where other syns are coming from.

I would say that Sandypan is right - you need to put in a lot more superfrees as these are essential in EE. The fruit and salad are SF but at least 1 third of your plate should be SF for each meal.
How about having an apple for Breakfast as well, or putting some berries with your cereal?

Mountaingirl that blowout does sound wonderful. So love millionaire shortbread!

I was ok yesterday until the evening too. I was going to make a curry, but my good intentions fell by the wayside in the last hour. I had to move a lot of stuff around in the garage to make some space as I have had a lovely win of £3000 of bathroom fittings which are being delivered on Thursday. I then wanted an easy tea and had a baked potato with beans and grated cheese followed by a baked apple with some Total yoghurt. No superfree!

Made a good start on the superfree at breakfast out of guilt.

    Today:

B: 6 mushroooms and two handfull of spinach in an omlette made with two eggs, baked beans.

    s. strawberries and kiwis.

    L. more of yesterday's sw coronation chicken with watercress, mixed salad leaves, red onion, pepper and tomato. A banana

    d. not sure yet.

I buy frozen fruit to increase my fruit intake. We also live miles from any cheap shops so it is MSaving too to keep fruit in the freezer. 4ldi usually have lovely frozen fruit, ideal for breakfast.
