I don't eat the wraps now either, but I have the fajitas with savoury rice or low fat supernoodles. I tried it with a baked potato, I don't know if it was the variety of potato that I used, but it was so dry I could hardly swallow it.
I love the new potatoes halved and roasted in frylight0 -

morning everyone.
I just popped in to say I am starting the plan properly on the 5th but am still trying to follow the plan and search for recipes/ideas to plan my meals ect.
I have made an appointment with the nurse at the doctors to get weighed as part of a health check. Then I will know what my options are regarding weight loss. (one option I hope they suggest is the 12 pass if not I will be inquiring)
I have made a dynorod soup without peppers and it is scrummy (esp with a few dashs of hot sauce) should I syn the hot sauce its dunns river. If so i will add my chilli flakes before reheating;)
I have a couple of asda ff yogurts to taste test so I will leave you for now. nom nom :rotfl:
Warm wishes to all we WILL get there. :TOD £500
Bank of mum an dad £800
Back bills £3000 -
I have to say there are some nice, chirpy, positive posts .... just what we all need!:)
To anybody still wondering how EE works .... it does. I was doubtful, as was my niece but we're both losing, eating loads of tasty foods and not feeling hungry at all. I think the key thing is to accept that how you were eating before obviously wasn't right or you would not be going to SW. Once you realise that and start trying some of the wonderful SW recipes the penny drops.:j
You find weight is coming off, you are eating much nicer foods and you feel heathier. You have to be prepared to do more cooking from scratch and re-educate yourself. You soon get used to it! There are women at my SW group who never try the recipes and just live on Muller yoghurts and plain, bland food and their weight just yo-yos because they manage a week or so on that type of food then get bored and hungry and have a massive binge.
I think the SW recipes are brilliant and there is no reason for anybody to feel deprived, hungry or bored.0 -
