Not a bad day today, have been quite busy so didn't feel like snacking so much (always good) but had big meals. Stayed within syns though so i suppose this is okay?

B: Grilled lean bacon, egg, beans and toast (HEB) 2 syns for spread
L: Fishfingers (3 syns for 2), SW chips, peas and sweetcorn
D: Paprika chicken from the Hairy Dieters book - adapted so it's free
    Probably with rice and broccoli
S: Muller Light, Apple, 2 cereal bars (Alpen light 3 syns and a tesco one 5 syns)

Had a 6lb loss at weigh in on Thursday (it was my first full week though), aiming for 4lbs this week. Got a bottle of wine (early) for mothers day though so...we'll see :P
You have no SF's with breakfast or lunch. Peas and sweetcorn are only free foods. You would also need more than just broccoli for tea unless theres plenty of veg in the chicken. Dont have my HB book to hand as knitting at the minute.

    Hi all
I've been a bit AWOL. Not been doing so well, food wise or health wise.
Been back to the docs re: lump in neck. Now referred to surgeon as still not 100% sure what it is. I've also been diagnosed as having "Post viral fatigue syndrome". Would explain a few things, though had never heard of it til she told me about it.
Food wise, I've not had the energy or inclination to be healthy at all, and I know what the scales will show tomoro.
It will be horrific, but will try to put the past couple of weeks behind me and start again from scratch.
I will come back tomoro to report my huge gain (and it will be) and you can all feel free to kick my butt.
Thanks for reading my long whiney post :o
I think we would all rather hug you through this difficult time than chastise you for a gain. Hope all goes well with the surgeon. Looking after yourself for the time being is more important than a reading on the scales x

Thanks I am in Oswaldtwistle Now. I live there. I've been in Ossy Mills but never seen them. I will have another look. Thanks again.icon14.gif

the 'sausage man' had his van outside our group this week, was chucking down so didn't stop to see.. but saw it had ossy mill on the side so guess they are still there!

found another butcher nearer to home that does SW stuff, I know its not official now but tried his syn free sausages.. wasn't keen, very dry so will stick with the Tesco light choice ones. Sis got burgers and said they were nice but i'm not a burger fan.
