    B oats so simple and almond milk( he a and b) I know the sachets arnt healthy extra but I've got so many left

    L Thai chicken soup( syn free)

    D lentil dahl with over chips( mcain home chips, not sure of syns) with homemade curry sauce

    Does all this sound ok? Still confused with extra easy but will work well for me with eating with my OH on a sat night xx

    Only thing i see missing is your fruit and veg, there should be 1/3rd of a plate at each meal.
    What type of home chip are they as the different varities have different syn values.

    Hi, sorry I should of said that my super free are in my Thai soup, my curry sauce and my lentil dhal( all homemade)
    Ill also be having plenty of fruit throughout the day
    The chips are mcain home chips?
    Also is it 1 he a and b on extra easy but when I'm on red during the week is it 2 of each?

    weetabix plums and golden syrup(2 syns) and coffee for breakfast but later could get tricky im in all day and night home alone lol x

    Mealwise SW recommend you still have 1/3rd superfree on your plate even if there are SF's within the meal so you are guaranteed to lose weight.
    Mccain make several variety of home chips - crinkle cut, straight, thick cut etc. To give the correct syn value would need to know which specific type you have.

    Yes on RED AND GREEN you have 2 hea's and 2heb's. EE is one of each.

    Ok so if I also do a load of veg with my tea that should double up my super free, I'm get red days so much more but I like the idea of extra easy, I'm so carb sensitive though so will only be doing it once a week I think x

    Yeah thats it, the more SF's you get in the better to shift the weight.

    Mccain chips if raw weight is 100g then 2.5syns but cooked 100g is 5 syns.
