Thank you so much though its so nice to get help on a forum x
Apart from home made SW oven chips the lowest fat ones available are Aldi champion oven chips at 1syn per 100g raw weight or the Mccain rustic 3% fat oven chips at 1syn per 100g raw weight.

After my meal out last night I'm back on the straight and narrow.

B: Oatbran porride, blueberries and banana
L: SW chips, baked beans, fried egg and bacon (in frylight) mushrooms. Mullerlight yghourt.

Not sure about light tea. Might be fruit and another yoghourt or I might find some SW soup in freezer.

Please can I check if this is ok? I'm going to be having an extra easy most Saturdays so today I've had...

B oats so simple and almond milk( he a and b) I know the sachets arnt healthy extra but I've got so many left

L Thai chicken soup( syn free)

D lentil dahl with over chips( mcain home chips, not sure of syns) with homemade curry sauce

Does all this sound ok? Still confused with extra easy but will work well for me with eating with my OH on a sat night xx

    Thanks guys xx

Looking at your menu, you might be better off to call it a Green day and just syn the chicken in your soup. Then you can have your 2 HEAs and Bs if you want and don't need to worry so much about the SFs.

Not a bad day today, have been quite busy so didn't feel like snacking so much (always good) but had big meals. Stayed within syns though so i suppose this is okay?

B: Grilled lean bacon, egg, beans and toast (HEB) 2 syns for spread
L: Fishfingers (3 syns for 2), SW chips, peas and sweetcorn
D: Paprika chicken from the Hairy Dieters book - adapted so it's free
    Probably with rice and broccoli
S: Muller Light, Apple, 2 cereal bars (Alpen light 3 syns and a tesco one 5 syns)

Had a 6lb loss at weigh in on Thursday (it was my first full week though), aiming for 4lbs this week. Got a bottle of wine (early) for mothers day though so...we'll see :P

Can anyone tell me if Oats so Simple are now not HX B or is is just the honey ones or with fruit. Because my grandaughter goes to a class in Wiltshire and the consultant told her that they were. I am sure they used to be but now they are not. Which is correct. Thanks
  • Managed to get those lower syn chips! Wow you don't need 100g! There so thick! Had a chapatti with it at 6 syns and going to have a merigue nest(2.5) and some fruit for pudding
May have a few vodkas as well but not sure yet!
Think it prob was a green day tbh but ill still stick with only 1 he each, thanks so much for all the advice! X

    Hi all
I've been a bit AWOL. Not been doing so well, food wise or health wise.
Been back to the docs re: lump in neck. Now referred to surgeon as still not 100% sure what it is. I've also been diagnosed as having "Post viral fatigue syndrome". Would explain a few things, though had never heard of it til she told me about it.
Food wise, I've not had the energy or inclination to be healthy at all, and I know what the scales will show tomoro.
It will be horrific, but will try to put the past couple of weeks behind me and start again from scratch.
I will come back tomoro to report my huge gain (and it will be) and you can all feel free to kick my butt.
Thanks for reading my long whiney post :o
