    Morning all,

Well done Stef, woo hoo! Also well done to Mich, Psycho and Pennylane :D

Just catching up from yesterday as had a mad couple of days in work. Today is going to be worse - training someone this morning and hopefully it will finish on time because I need to rush home to be in for a delivery which has a 3 hour time slot - OH was meant to be going home for it but 'forgot' he was lecturing - how do you forget that?! I'll need to leave 30 mins before the end of the time slot to get back to work, hopefully find a parking space and then train someone else so am praying it turns up before then. Looking forward to a well deserved rest tonight while he's out, so it will be me, the kitties and the telly :)

    Green today:
    B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana, maple syrup (2)
L: Spicy butternut squash soup, bread (B), satsuma
T: Pasta with low low sauce (A), roast veg and red pesto (2.5)
    S: Options (2), Freddo (5)

Don't think I'll get back on here today so have a good weekend all :)

Awake with vim and vigour today and a cheery looking meal plan.

    Extra Easy it is

B, 1 x Hovis seed sensation toasted with egg and mushrooms. Kiwi and pineapple.

L, butternut squash soup with 2 ryvita. (3syns) apple and grapes mullerlight.

T, chicken curry with brown rice, not sure what one yet will let hubby decide but am feeling some kick butt spice tonight :D

hea milk for coffee, 2 pints of s/f squash.
Snack 2 ryvita with low low (5 syns) and maybe able to squeeze in a 99cal choc bar.

Sausages vary depending on what brand. Which ones are you using?
