light choices cumberland from Tesco are 1/2 syn each (EE + original, 3.5 on green) nicest I've had so far of the 'healthier' sausages :)

edit: even better, 1/2 syn just double checked on the SW site!

Well done to all the other losses, wrote last message in a rush as was waiting for my post weigh in tea - Sausages, chips, eggs beans and a well deserved double round of bread and butter :shhh:

Penny did you up your intake of food over the past week to get your loss? I only ask because you mentioned it was a possiblity last week after your WI. Also because of me seeing the fat clinic this week it has highlighted areas for myself to increase foods and wondered if this could be a case for you too.

Well, not intentionally Stef! I ate 2 cupcakes though and I never eat such stuff, honestly! Daughter made some for an event and they wouldn't all fit in the tin! So hubby and I had a treat:rotfl::rotfl:

Im trying to see where my loss came from as up till tuesday i had followed all the SW principles it was only with my meeting at the fat clinic tuesday i then reassessed my meals for the past few days and looked at what the FSA advise for daily intakes and for myself i werent reaching the ideals of 5-7 portions from the bread, cereals and potatoes sections. Looking over it i had my HEB = 1 portion on the FSA and probably just enough to cover 1 more portion using potatoes or rice etc so now using syns on extras from the breads/crackers bit to see if theres any difference. Atleast then i can say i tried.

Just a wee update from myself. Got really tired in work yesterday but then was fine after a while, visited my sister which then i had to go home cause my belly started rumbling like mad and i felt sick all of a sudden. Got home an really only had the energy to make omelette with onions mushrooms and tomato wirh 2 slices if nimble and some grapes. Went to bed and woke up shaking like mad, i looked at my diary and seen that i had only fish an no meat since friday so today i decided to make 2 sausages, 2 bacon(made in George Foreman) egg, beans, onions, mushrooms and tomato fried in frylight. Ready to fall asleep now. So upset this happened because i had to ring in to work for the day off, had no energy at all :( xx

Shazz - hope you're feeling better. Definitely try and keep your protein levels up if possible, a balance is what it's all about :)

It's an interesting experiment this one. Personally speaking I have rice, pasta, potatoes or cereals every, often twice, and it has never done me any harm. Obviously everyone's different but it's always good to try new ways of doing things- hope it works for you.

Well the panic with the delivery is over - was planning to leave at 11.40 as delivery slot was 12.05-15.05. I finished the training just before 11, then OH rang me to say he left his laser pen which he needs for the lecture at home, so if I could go a bit earlier he'd come with me to get it and get the bus back. I said ok, we'll go now, and just as I did that the delivery man rang to say we're 15 mins away, so we went straight away and got home not long after they got there- I was so pleased to get it sorted quickly I didn't complain that they were nearly an hour early! Came straight back and just managed to get a parking space - it was tricky to get into and I would have hated it (parking isn't my strong point! More confidence than ability though I think) but OH was driving and we got in it so can have lunch at work as planned and don't have to worry about making it back for this afternoon's training, PHEW!

Starving now and am looking forward to having bread with my soup, can't remember the last time I did that! The soup is a bit spicier than I would have liked so needs something to tone it down!
