It's just me at home for dinner tonight and I'm already really hungry (with no more healthy snacks with me) so I'm going to have something really simple and quick.

I bought a tin of Irish Stew for the first time a few weeks ago so I might give that a go. I've never had anything like that from a tin before so not sure what it will taste like lol.

Do you know the make of your irish stew as Tesco's is the only one that is free at the minute, other brands vary up to 7.5syns per tin.

It has come to light that there has been an error regarding Aldi Harvest Morn rice cakes with chocolate. According to webpage and books these are calculated at 1 syn each when in fact they are 4 syns each - please check your syns if you buy/eat these ;)

Theres a speedy pea soup recipe on the SW website, or the quick tomato soup if you are really pushed for time. Unless you are looking for something more substantial then my brain is dead at the minute

Erk peas!!! I really don't like any pulses, never even ate baked beans before SW, I can just about stomach them now! I have the ingredients in for a quick tomato soup and very nearly made it today but then didn't fancy it. Thanks for the ideas anyway though x
