It's just me at home for dinner tonight and I'm already really hungry (with no more healthy snacks with me) so I'm going to have something really simple and quick.
I bought a tin of Irish Stew for the first time a few weeks ago so I might give that a go. I've never had anything like that from a tin before so not sure what it will taste like lol.0 -
I hate cutting meat so always use scissors, far easier
good luck for WI's all.. 5.30 for me.. will be happy with a STS and stunned with any loss, not made the best choices food wise this week.. tried to pull it back the last couple of days..

It has come to light that there has been an error regarding Aldi Harvest Morn rice cakes with chocolate. According to webpage and books these are calculated at 1 syn each when in fact they are 4 syns each - please check your syns if you buy/eat these:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Theres a speedy pea soup recipe on the SW website, or the quick tomato soup if you are really pushed for time. Unless you are looking for something more substantial then my brain is dead at the minute
Erk peas!!! I really don't like any pulses, never even ate baked beans before SW, I can just about stomach them now! I have the ingredients in for a quick tomato soup and very nearly made it today but then didn't fancy it. Thanks for the ideas anyway though x0
