I feel the same way as you. I've lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks, so 2 lb a week on average sounds fine. But I lost 5.5lb of that in my first week, so I have actually only lost 6.5lb in the last 5 weeks! That is so slow :o
thats about 5.5 kilos you have lost , imagine carrying that around

In group we are asked to see weight loss as a journey - you can either get on the road and straight to your destination or take the scenic route admiring the views along the way. Mine has taken a tent and set up camp :rotfl:

I've been on a major detour tonight. On a rare girls night out and I guessed it was going to be a big night of temptation, with drinks and who knows what to eat. I did try some damage limitation and had a bowl of butternut and lentil soup before I went, but still it did little to stop me grazing on bread, cheese, crackers and peanuts.

  • oh TIE :( *huggles*

im on a countdown really for my weight, because i have a dress fitting in 3 weeks from now and would really like to be 3/4 stone lighter for it at least.

this year i have 3 weddings to go to, so i want to be at my goal for the first so i can reset my target for 11st something for the second and so on :D. basically as it stands ive got 1st 4ish lbs to go before i get to my lowest weight ive reached (im actually majorly :o and  that i ever allowed myself to put weight back on again)

lol stef, i took the direct route then decided that i wanted to go back and look at your tent pitching skills and decided to build a house when i was there too haha:rotfl:

my problem really is that i graze, and im not particularly a sweet or savoury person, im just a nibbly person if that makes sense.

i wasnt hungry enough to eat breakfast, but had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and theyre saying ive lost around 2lb from thursday, though that will probably go back on by sunday pm - ill try my hardest for it not to obviously lol.
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

    Hi everyone,
    A cold Saturday morning here.
Going shopping for food supplies today.
Got my meat from the butchers last week after the horsemeat scandle and the quality impressed me so going to get my meat from there from now on.

    Today is EE for me
B weetabix with skim milk hea+b with a bannana
L Left over sw pasta bolognese with a superfree salad
D chiken with a jacket potatoe and probably some more salad, fruit for afters
    S fruit and a mullerlite
Syns well it is Saturday so a glass of wine :D

My DH has been following sw with me, he wanted to loose a stone, today he's 1/2 lb below his target and running round really happy. He's impressed with how easy he's found sw and said he'll add an extra healthy extra every day this coming week. He loves cheese so will probably add that, as well as maximum syns.

Hope everyone enjoys their weekend :D
    Jue :)
  • Hugs to TIE and anyone else needing one.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning, oops. So will weigh in tomorrow. Not sure what to expect, jeans are definitely feeling looser this week but I normally have the least scale loss when I can feel the most inch loss. Bodies definitely work in strange ways!

Bought a box of the easter french fancies today. They're lemon flavoured and my absolute favourite. Only 106 calories per cake so perfect for treats. And since they're so sweet, one is usually enough.

    Today...
Breakfast: Wholemeal toast (HEB) with spread (2) and a small glass of Trop50 (2) - will have some fruit in a minute to make up SF, wasn't feeling up to it this morning!
Lunch: Tikka chicken (free) with a spinach salad
Dinner: Not fully decided, but leaning towards homemade soup since it's so cold
Snacks: Fruit, greek muller (0.5), lemon fancy (5.5) and lactofree cheese (HEA)

Since it was asked about the other day, the Trop50 wasn't bad. Did feel more like juice than a fruit drink as it still has some pulp in it. Maybe a tiny bit too sweet, but satisfies that juice craving for less syns. So I think I'd repurchase it.
