My menu so far today on Red:
B - 2 weetabix (B), Milk (A), Banana
S - WW raspberry mallow (2 syns)
L - Omelette with chicken, peppers and onion, followed by mullerlight and a plum
T - Jacket potato (B), tinned stewing steak (2.5 syns), cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, sprouts.
Will prob have a small fudge bar later (5 syns) so 9.5 syns for the day0 -
My E E Day tomorrow will be.
B Cheese on toast with egg, tomatoes and beetroot.Satsuma x 2
S Yoghurt
L Veg & more veg Soup. 2 Ryvita and spread 4 syns
S Blueberries & melon chunks
D Fish s/w chips & mushy peas lemon slice and tomatoes.
Supper crumpet & spread 6 syns
10 syns A 1/2 cheese 1/2 Milk in brews B toast
6 Glasses water. 8 to 10 fruit and veg0 -

We were talking about M & S rolls the other week.
Was it 2 wholemeal mini subs that you could have as your HE?
Well im back from WI with yet another STS. So the big boss lady was in tonight and consultant handed over my diary sheet to be looked at. Again got the usual well if you have written it all down properly and not forgotten anything then you will have to consider SE. So made to feel as though i am lying about what i am eating and writing down :mad: So this week i will do half of it as SE and see how it goes and if no difference then i will go and sulk in the corner. On a positive note i got my bronze body magic award and my son got his silver :T:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

If its the quiche I posted, you could also have it without cheese, I wish I didn't like cheese, I LOVE my cheese! And wine, they go hand in hand
I can eat it if it's cooked & not too strong but luckily for me I don't like cheese or wine.
Vodka however is a completely different matter. :rotfl:
I went shopping today & discovered to my delight that i've dropped a dress size. :jI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

That's a shame stef, you are such an inspiration on here to us all but it's not a gain and well done to your son! I will be doing SE mon and Tuesday, only days that suit, decorator here all weekend spin need to be out so will see how it goes but *week also next week, will try to cut back vino at weekend as well!:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
