Well had been feeling pretty naff today following the conversation yesterday with the dr and waiting what seemed like an age to get a reply back from my consultant. Didn't really plan any meals today but it seems i have stayed on track.

So much so tonight i lost 2.5lb :j so that is me down to the next stoneage.

    EE,
    B, banana and apple
L, last of soup, soup mix, carrots, onion, leek, celery, tin toms, tom puree stock.
T, SW chips, 4 fish fingers (6syns) peas. 2tbsp ex lite mayo (2syns).
Hea milk. Heb, 2 x wm bread with ex lite flora (2syns).

And then another positive of sorts - Was asked tonight to consider becomming a consultant in the future, but when it is an easier time with my husbands health because of the way i have contributed in group etc. So am on quite a high now :)

When choosing those F' and SF's this week look for the SS symbol as these will be superspeed foods so should help move things along for you.
So most berries and melons, fish, baked beans etc. ;)
