Fed up tonight. Another half pound gain this week. That's now 3 half pound gains in a row. Consultant is not much help and suggests I fill in a food diary sheet but I've done this on previous occasions and she always says they're OK.
She also said I should use all my syns. Thing is the few syns I do use are mainly things like gravy granules, low fat creme fraiche and options drink. I don't eat between my 3 daily meals and I luckily am not one for sweets and crisps etc so I don't always want my syns. I can't see the point in eating stuff like that for the sake of it. Does that make sense?
Anybody got any bright ideas?0 -

Pennylight~I think you need to give your body a wee shoogle(good Scottish word!!).
I know you find it hard to use your syns but could you try to have 10 every day for a week?

Why not try some extra HEX things but syn them? Like extra bread to make a sandwich or some cheese or use some olive oil rather than fry light? or you could use some cornflour to thicken sauces? Or mayo or ketchup or butter:drool: They wouldn't involve snacking just add a bit extra to your meals.Weighed in tonight and I've lost 4.5lbs. I got my 1 stone sticker and certificate.

Well after 2 and a half weeks I fell off the wagon
Couldn't sleep so go up at 1.30 and had a hot drink of milk with some whisky in (always makes me sleep), 2 cadbury brunch bars that I had left over and a bit of chocolate that I have been avoiding.
To be fair, I have been struggling this week. Only lost 2 pounds in my first 2 weeks, I had been trying to save my syns again as I am going away at weekend and I have been hungry all the time.
I planned my meals and made a recipe off the SW site for turkey meatballs - I really dont like them but have to eat them....cant really throw them away !
Still, must keep at it
