Hi DoolallyDilly - The ones that I bought came from Pound World (£1 per pack for 2 largish singles and 2 smaller triples - row of three below each other ). They're plastic ones - as the last 'so-called stainless steel/chrome' ones immediately went rusty in the bathroom .0

Have 4 Ebay items to post and while I was looking for parcel tape, found a leather care kit for a three piece that went four years ago, so that went in the bin.
Yesterday sorted out the dog cupboard. Old toys thrown away (he never played with them anyway), OOD chews in the bin, and now cupboard clean and tidy :T
This morning clearned one work surface in the kitchen, everything put away and now actually have some space on there. Will tackle the others later.

Progress is slow today. We've had new (well second-hand but 'new' to us) wardobes delivered and have spent much of the morning getting them in place and moving stuff into them. I've outed a jumper for CS and we've thrown lots of packaging and bits of broken things away, so I guess we can count those
. Will try to do a little each day as I need to keep the momentum going.

Hi - I hope you don't mind me butting in, I do read the thread often and find it very motivational but just don't post often.
I am decluttering this year! (Go me!)
So I'm hoping someone can help me please - I have a number of old bread knives that I want to get rid of but how?
Daren't just put them in the bin, not sure whether charity shops will take them.... help!0 -
Serious activity going on here! I love the pictures donnajt and welcome back lilyplonk :j
3 items all collected by freecyclers (computer monitor, over radiator airers, blank rewriteable cds).
Last night while doing my Tracy Anderson dvd I was seized with the urge to do a 5 minute declutter of the DVDs as they were in my eyeline. Am pleased to say I got rid of 10! I was ruthless. Most of them had the wrapping still on them and the films are always on Sky so out they went. I refuse to get rid of my zombie dvds though
I also transferred some clothes from the ebay box to the CS bag. I just cannot be a*sed to try and flog them any more.
The plan for this weekend is to take full bag to the CS, put Christmas tree in loft and bring down a box full of cds, dvds and other assorted items for decluttering.
I have a load of badges from old Smash Hits magazines. does anyone know if people sell them, are they collectors items or should I just put in CS bag? :undecided0 -
afternoon. ive had bad cramps all day since 1am so progress has been slow. wrapped 5 parcels for PO, taking to PO in a bit. Sold a sling to a friend so that went to her this AM.
Moved all my Xmas decs from the hallway to on top of my wardrobe (cant get into the attic myself). Pulled down our kingsize duvet (we have 1 that splits into 2 for summer and doubles up for colder months). Anyway, pulled it down from the wardrobe where its been for about 6 months and its covered in mould at the topseems our roof is leaking and happened to be directly above the duvet
guessing that i cant rescue the duvet? So that may be going.
Trying to catch up on the washing and taking it easy (as much as i can with 3 kids) today.
