hugs to everyone who needs them (they dont take up much room honest and are easily recyclable - like smiles you can pass them on)

going to visit clothes bank, can recycling, and printer cartridge recycling today DH did the bottle bank this morning. also have stack of mags to take to drs, a couple of books for a friend. knitted sqaures are finally being decluttered off the table and posted today.
friend is getting a cross stitched bookmark i made from my stitchy stash for her birthday (and some flowers)

so busy morning if i can get all this done.

hoping to declutter the weeds from the veg plot later

Am inspired to read about all your good work. Need to do some major decluttering (understatement) myself. Had set aside some things to sell on ebay but they are not shifting so going to have to think about sending some of it to charity. Have 2 large boxes in the hall to go to the charity shop just need to get round to taking it there. Have to clear out every room in the house and feel over whelmed by it all. Wish I was a bit better off as I would just clear it all but concerned that I get rid of things I can use again. Just lost a lot of weight but never sure that it will stay off as been there many times before. Have thrown out clothes before only to have to buy same again in a few months. Large sizes are so hard to find.

Are you on facebook by any chance? There's often a few local selling pages on there that you can advertise things for sale.

I agree with the guilt of just getting rid of things. If money wasnt tight, I'd happily take everything we dont need to the charity shop. If I ever need them again in the future they're replaceable so I can buy new ones (in theory!).

And talking about buying things again......it dawned on me this morning in the shower that I'd taken several tubes of blonde hair conditioner to the charity shop last year as no one was ever going to be using them. Guess what? my daughter went and dyed her hair blonde again last night!!!

    Hi Becky

Well now and the rest of this year is the perfect time really because when I move I don't want to have to take any more than necessary and only want things that are useful to the new home.

I won't ever buy a CD player again so the CDs are useless. I should download them onto my iPod and then I will probably feel better getting rid of them

You can't legally do that. If you copy them into your iPod you have to retain the original copies too.

    been in the attic again
3 big brown bags of paper ready to be recycled
a crisp box sized box full of CS stuff
a carrier bag of junk went in the bin
2 boxes of tools small parts and work related stuuf came down for DH to sort through and 3 metal boxes that at one time held power tools - they are rusted and minging, if he wants to keep them they can go in the shed or garage.

i actually found some space when i went up this time:T

I've helped my partner sort through his toys (He's 18) and I've
just dusted underneath my bed - its ridiculous how much dust and rubbish laminate flooring can attract... and too bad I am allergic to dust. Hmm. I got the sneezes now :(

I'm going to have a quick wiz around my room before broadchurch starts :)

I managed to get rid of the kids old slide :j. I was just going to dismantle it and take it to the tip but I thought "stick it on ebay first". So I did for 99p and it went for over £10 :j. Buyer came today and it's now out of my life :D. I've sold some wellies too which got posted today, and 3 books on Amazon this week.

We went and viewed a house today, and we're just waiting to see if our offer will be accepted. Then it slowly dawned on me...if it does then we've got to move everything!!!:eek::eek:

I'm off work this week (and last week) with labyrinthitis so can't do too much as I'm so wobbly. But I'll have to make a dent soon, even if we don't move soon we will be at some stage.
