    Only way I stick to it sadly marmite.
    Last time I lost all the weight I stopped going to class & put it all again~ooops.
    So I help with the shop to help me to stay on the straight & narrow~or thats the theory anyway.

    I agree Beanie, the only way I can stay at my goal weight is to keep going to classes :o I have been this weight countless times but have always put it back on because I stopped going. At least it is free to go whilst I stay within 5lbs of goal :) I was 8lbs below goal at the end of November which means I have 13lbs to play with BUT it is quite possible I've managed to put all that on :eek: I'm too scared to look :eek:

    I am SW & it is only 3 lbs each way leeway which isent really much.
    Sc Slimmers was 7 each way.

    I am ww. I have done Sc S but there are no classes round this way any more. I have never tried SW, it all looks far too complicated. Green days and red days and over easy (or whatever its called) I just like my filling and healthy on ww :)

  • I can't wait to get back on the WL wagon again ..... I've put on all the weight I lost in the summer :eek: but I guess at least I'd lost it in the first place as I'd have put on this amount anyway.

    No point until I've finished the steroids tho':(
