We are planning on going to Switzerland for a couple of weeks for our honeymoon. It doesn't say if there is a service charge per unit per night as well. Does anyone know if the price they quote includes this or if the park will charge extra? We have used the sun deal for 4 nights in europe before and they charged about £7 per unit per night so a bit concerned we may have to pay an extra £100 on top of the price quoted. Thanks in advance.

I booked for Haven Hafan Y Mor Luxury+ grade last year through Daily Mail and had a fab time - the apartment we got was really good. I've been too slow this year and the only accommodation available for the dates we wanted is Standard. Would love to go back again but would really prefer to get similar accommodation to last year as it was excellent for the price we paid.

Does anyone know if there is likely to be any more released when local paper promotion opens on 19th?

I think each promotion will have its own allocation, but couldn't say what that is. However you are likely to be able to upgrade with the park direct, maybe worth giving them a call to see if they could give you an upgrade quote?

When should we expect to receive our letters with additional charges (entertainment passes, service charge etc). I want to ask to ensure we have the same caravan for a week (booked a 4 day, followed by 3 day)

Just got my bill for extra charges, was an extra £100. Am a bit gutted really, should of done my research, but for Mon-Fri at Butlins in July I suppose £162 isnt to bad, but not really £15 per person so a bit deceiving really.
