  • Hadn't heard of Daily Mail hols until I read this thread. So much easier to book online than the rigmarole of collecting the Sun tokens! Booked 4 days in the Easter hols, very pleased. Thanks :-)

    I normally paid £10 for the linen charge when been before, it may be different for you, as we only have 2 people going, you may have more.

    I seem to think from booking previously that with both Haven & Park Resorts, the linen charge is about £10 per bedroom, so it all depends on how many are going. Before now I've taken my mum (so put two people) and they assume you just one one linen pack... so I've had to call to make sure I got linen for two bedrooms!

    When I booked earlier it took almost 4 hours for the confirmation e-mail to come through..... quite possibly there is a human being processing the bookings so it may be during the working day when you eventually get your confirmation e-mail.

    Yes you pay the basic charge (4x £15 etc) plus the booking fee to Breakfree at the time of booking. Then you should get an invoice through the post direct from the holiday park... that will be for the daily service charge, entertainment passes & linen hire etc. At that point you can call up if you need to knock off the entertainment passes etc.
  • Please Please can someone post a link to the booking website, I am absolutely useless and going crazy here haha!! It would be very much appreciated! Thanks

    Has anyone booked butlins and upgraded the accommodation? Wondering how much they would want to upgrade.

  • Hi can you only book 4 days?
  • Have booked Butlins Bognor for October.
    Do you need entertainment passes at Butlins?
    and more details on what standard accommodation is?

    4-night breaks are Mon-Fri;
    3-night breaks are Fri-Sun;
    or book a 3-night break followed by a 4-night break (ie for the next 4 nights) at the same resort, for a 7-night break - just tell the resort when you get your booking confirmation that you've booked for 7 nights and want to stay in the same accommodation for the whole week.
