Thanks for all the help. I'm thinking I'm not going to take the risk, plenty of people been and not been asked for passes but just not worth the risk for me as the price to pay if we were asked would be huge and would destroy the whole holiday.

Even if I pay for the passes it's only about £400 for a week in July for 6 which is still way cheaper than booking direct.

I'll book it by phone to make sure I can get a kitchen as otherwise I'd just worry.

    Thanks for all the help.

Which Butlins are you going to?

Thinking Skegness as we're in Scotland so it's the shortest drive for us.

I haven't received anything either so I phone the park direct this morning. They could see my booking but they hadn't sent me anything as yet.... told her to take the linen out (we bring our own) and add a dog! She said that it will be in the post this week....I think they had a big response.... and all depend how busy the park is..HTH

I booked two too, and still nothing!
  • I've had email confirmation straightaway, two emails with the extra charges and a phone call. On the phone they said it was because my date is quite close ( 15th March) and the park will send something soon too.
Maybe you should give them a call.
  • I've been worrying too about not hearing anything as i couldn't access the parkdean website with the booking number i'd been given by breakfree-so emailed them over a week ago now and they said they couldn't even see my booking on the system yet. Also booked the day it opened, they did say could take up to 10 days though to get my letter but i'm still waiting. Might give them a call tomorrow.
