I've just got my invoice through from Haven for a 3 night/4 day weekend break for 4 of us.

It is £135 in total. £60 (£15 each paid upfront through Daily Mail offer) and a remaining £75 on this invoice for Entertainment passes & linen direct to Haven.

My invoice sent to me via emai land the extra charges are passes and linen as most of you metioned, however i have also been invoiced the suprised item:
Power charge for 4 days @ £31,

Has anyone got this charge like me and when I book the holiday i dont think this one is ever metioned on the extra charge.

Rang Park Resorts up, they have been sending invoices out today.

Asked for my balance and they said £49, seems like they haven't charged for linen in my case, unless you have to ring to add it on but you usually ring to take it off

I have finally received my invoice with entertainment passes and power charges as expected. I had told them to take the linen out and add our dog so all good! Still much cheaper than booking directly with Haven!:)

I too had not heard anything,so rang yesterday they told me no longer sending confirmation out in the post,but I did not even get an email,if I wanted any thing posting I'd have to pay extra.
Also told me I had an out standing balance of £40 for whatever still not received an email explaining what.
But on the plus side they did have my details.
