I received my invoice yesterday (Haven) I phoned them today to remove the linen charges and 1 entertainment pass as they charged for my baby. I also asked about heating in the bedrooms and was told that the 'luxury' standard vans don't have heating. To upgrade will cost an extra £160! I think I will buy a heater for my childrens room!0

Somehow I managed to miss that they'll send a separate invoice for the extra charges, thought it would all show up on the final confirmation screen of the boooking... thought we'd successfully picked a week without charges, but looks like that was just that the entertainment passes were free. You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0

I received my final payment reminder for the extras before I received the first invoice. It stated they needed final payment for the following day. I phoned them and paid and was told that as I had booked for Easter, the system was classing it as an overdue payment as it's less than 10 weeks away.0

just got my confirmati0n from park resorts for the may half term. Entertainment passes are not free for that week. They also do not charge for linen, if you want it it works out @£18 extra for 4.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

Fab thanks!0

Had to phone again (parkdean) and they immediatly emailed me the confirmation so i could get online and sort the extra charges out. Exactly what i thought it was going to cost. £50 initially with the breakfree booking and £67.50 after taking the linin off as we'll take our own. Not bad for 4 night away.0
