Can I join in? Just started going to Slimming World and feel SOOOO guilty paying out £4.50 a week for it but decided if I didnt do something about my weight soon I would end up a fat old woman! Plus I'm doing race for life so need to lose weight for that as I am determined to be able to run a little bit of it.

Done really well today :) have resisted the temptation of going to sainsburys to get biscuits (though the rain might have something to do with it!) I've had:
    - Breakfast - cereal with soya milk
    - Lunch - soup
    - Tea - wholemeal pasta with a tomato and garlic sauce
    - snack - melon and an apple :)
I'm really scared to weigh myself though... might wait a few days and see if i can make myself do it :p

    So my plan is:

    1) cut out the flapjack & chocolate - 1 bar allowed on sunday during 24 :p
    2) eat a more varied breakfast / lunch - going to check out OS meal plans for ideas.

    3) run 2-3 times a week
    4) attend body pump 2 times a week
    5) attend spinning (or go offroad on my mountain bike) once a week

    7) lose 1-2lb a week

I thought i'd post an update (for my own motivation rather than thinking anyone would actually want to read it!)

I posted the above 'plan' 2 weeks ago. Since then i've eaten no flapjack :A and less chocolate. Not managed the varied breakfast or lunch so i'll concentrate on that this week.

I have done 5 body pump sessions, 2 spinning classes and 3 running sessions + 1 race so i guess im not far off target in that respect. Need to fit more running time in. God knows where, cut out sleep perhaps?!?!

But the most annoying this is i have only lost 1lb
