I have had quite a good week so far,but am really wanting to pig out today,the motorbike is having it's MOT as I type and although it has never failed,I am nervouswhen I get like this,I want to pick at food,so I have come on here to keep my mind off it
Going to the gym this afternoon,then legs,bums and tums tonight,followed by a swim,pphhhheeewww! I will be exhausted when I've done that lot,but the end result will be worth it
Got gnocchi for dinner with HM tomato sauce and strawberries for afters,yummmy

Morning everyone... still no idea how much i've lost but i'm seriously retaining water (doctor took me off my diuretic tablets) - i look like a puffer fish.
Had Shredded Wheat for breakfast. Forgot how much I like them.0 -
Today back on the bandwagon - I feel bloated - no doubt like bobbadog. Managed to loose 2lbs, but no idea how. Not feeling slimmer either.
Meals today
B: banana and black tea
L: Hummous, pepper, avocado and watercress/spinach wrap, cherry tomsNo idea - my OH is supposedly cooking. So takeaway then:rolleyes:

Have done my Thursday weigh in. Havnt been particularly good in the past week, but have lost 2lbs (yay). Going to really focus on healthy eating this week!

My mate makes me so cross!! She goes to WW meetings on a Thursday and gets weighed there. We're doing it on our own, following the plan, just not going to meetings and we use our own (ww) scales. She hopped on them yesterday and piped up 'do you know your scales are wrong? there's no way I could have put on 7lbs since yesterday'. I told her that they're not wrong, they are the scales we use every week and they are showing a loss, and we're sticking to plan so how can they be wrong. I reminded her that you should only ever use the same scales, on the same day, at the same time each week. Grrrr, she has to be rght about everything!0
