Whoops!!
We've been so nawty today!! Some how, I'm not sure how really, we ended up in the pub at lunch time, and the was an offer on for deli baguettes/sandwiches/wraps, with a free beer. Well, you'd think that's enough, but we ordered chips too!! It wasn't a very DFW or FFW day really. And now we're hungry, but we've got no points left. So we decided to do some exercise to help us ignore our hunger and drink fountains of water. Then we're still hungry, so guess what we're having to eat .............
Boiled cabbage, baby carrots and marlite/vegetable stock cube gravy:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: It's all free and should keep us going for now!
On top of that I've got to now have 2 super low days (16 points) to make up for piggy behaviour, and will probably have to do even more exercise over the weekend, which I hate, I would rather write my assignments, but niether is going to be avoidable!!

May I join please? I weighed myself yesterday and I've hit the dreaded 10 stone. This means I've gained 2 stone in 2 years. I really want to get back to 8 stone 7 as a realistic goal. The trouble is I am on medication which is known to cause weight gain, really that means I just get hungry a lot more than I did. So, I need to get into exercise and snack on healthier things rather than the bag of cadburys Mini eggs sitting next to my laptop.0

Hi Everyone - I've not posted for ages on here. It's now almost three weeks since my back decided to remind me how much I normally take it for granted! I've not been able to get to work and have to return to the Dr. Tuesday for a progress report - not very hopeful! Have had four visits to the physio (great at loosening things up for a few hours) and yesterday I tried acupuncture - best relief so far, so will probably do that again.
Anyway the reason I'm rabbitting on is that my sole exercise consists of gentle strolling at present! Findingmyownway (I think it was) very kindly suggested swimming and water aerobics, which I will definitely try when I think I can get in and out of the pool unaided! Eating reasonably sensibly....but I've gained three pounds so my head is hung in shame.
Just wait until I'm mobile again....I will lose weight this year, I will, Iwill!
I can see it now...all of you slim and cheerful and me fatter than ever. GGRRRRHHHH!Resolution:

Try not to worry too much.
It will sort itself out in the end.
I have mobility problems so I do know how hard it is!

Ahh, back at work. Was relatively well behaved over the weekend, though did eat a packet of Nik Naks and we had spinach & ricotta dumplings (home made) last night, sure they're a bit too stodgy, but anyway...
Today i'm having / had:
rice crispies
water / apple and elderflower juice / 2 cups of earl grey so far (no sugar)
muller light yoghurt
2 x wholemeal pittas full of salad
BGTY low fat pretzels (small pack)
and stirfry for dinner (chicken).
Have some HM lollipops in the freezer, so that can be desert. Now, am off to read the smallprint on the yoghurt!
Am at hospital next monday and they always weigh me, so will let you know my progress then.0 -

Not doing too well on mine, but for anyone thinking of giving up alcohol (my OH has lost a stone from not drinking - and he wasn't a heavy drinker either) then Tesco's do some lovely tasting alcohol free Becks and Cobra. I don't drink lager but the Cobra is VERY smooth and refreshing! :T0

ive had leftover salad for lunch (BBQ yesterday and ate faar too much). prob jacket potato for tea.
weighed in this morning - stayed same but i feel all fat and bloated so prob not suprising!0
