Helloooo! Well I said I'd join you once I'd had the baby, so here I am. I'm a bit limited as to what exercise I can do yet, need to take it very steady, and I'm also breastfeeding so can't cut my calorie intake too drastically, but I'm trying to eat as healthy a diet as possible with loads of fruit, veg, and plenty of water.
I'm back in my pre-pregnancy clothes, in fact thanks to a hefty dose of morning sickness, they're all loose on me, but I really need to tone up as I'm feeling a bit saggy all over lol."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I'm not doing too badly. Been body pumping lots lately and i can really feel the difference in my running. Went for a 5 miler tonight and my legs felt stronger than ever - it was quite a hilly route but i seemed able to take them in my stride. Makes a change from feeling like death!
I have been strict on the diet this week so hoping to see a difference on the scales.0 -

Hiya! I scrapped the slimfast idea, have been ultra good - am now on week two! Have yet to weigh myself but will at the end of this week. Am walking at least an extra 2 miles a day (from my reckoning, it's hard to tell using Streetmap.co.uk and a piece of string!!)
My typical day:
Breakfast: museli w/ semi skimmed (or tomatoes on wholemeal pitta on weekend)
Lunch: wholemeal pitta w/ salad, muller light yoghurt, fruit, ryvita if hungry
dinner: varies, but lots of veg and / or salad
Am only drinking diet, water and earl grey.
Feel suprisingly goodx

I am back into a skirt that I couldn't fit in at the end of last summer & it feels great! My stopgap jeans can *almost* be pulled down without undoing the button too :j
I have no idea how much actual weight I've lost, but I'm feeling sooo much better!
How's everyone's motivation going? I'm finding the ad-hoc reporting in here works well for me, and it's so much cheaper than weight watchers!Total Debt 13th Sept 2006 (exc student loan): £6240.06

Hi Storm
Motivation is going ok. I've been having a bit of a problem with it all but I'm back in the swing and will hopefully lose between 2 and 3 pounds this week. Although I did have a very nice chocolate sponge pudding on sunday! I couldn't sit there while everyone else had one!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

try https://www.runningahead.com/tools/map
its a tool which allows you to plot a route and then tells your distance / elevation profile etc. i've checked the accuracy of measurements and they agree with my car milometer.0
