Changed tonight's hotdog and buns to Jerk curry. Just didn't fancy hotdogs. Will have to see what was planned tomorrow to see if it would still go ahead.

Not even sure if i uploaded this week's plan. Can't keep up as there are several threads going now.

last weeks food went down very well, hope its the same this week

friday - mince and sweet potatoe pie
    saturday - spag bol
    sunday - apple tart
monday - gammon mash and veg
tuesday - sausages and mustard mash
    wednesday- ham and leek pie

extras - flap jack and syrup cake

Are you really only having "apple tart" for your Sunday dinner? I'd certainly need more than that!

Had that with meatballs and pasta, amazing. The Mrs even liked it :)

Fell off the wagon again! As a result, my shopping bills got higher and i ran out of food before the week was up.
Shame on me :D Back on the wagon now, and aiming to use up everything that i can, and will be exploring more 'Basic/Value' ranges this week (my week goes from Fri-Thurs for food).
Soo my meal plan is as follows:

Fri-Veggie Hot dogs, onions, salad, corn on the cob
Sat-Chicken Nuggets (HM), potato bites, spaghetti
    Sun-Italian Traybake, salad
Mon-SC Chicken curry with crusty bread rolls
    Tues-Chilli con carne,rice
    Wed-Fish Pie
    Thurs-ifits/leftovers.

Used up Veggie hot dogs for dinner after all. I had Celery and Butterbean Parmigiano for tea instead of Courgette Parmigiano - can't locate my meal plan, must be on another thread.

For dinner next week we shall mostly be eating:

Mon - fish pie & veg
Tue - black bean chicken stirfry (packet sauce) with noodles
Wed - bacon & tomato pasta
Thur - prawn curry & rice
    Fri - mushroom risotto
Sat & Sun - we're away for the week, I just have to do packed lunch for the train on Saturday.

Celery parmigiano looks interesting, does anyone have the recipe or know where I can get it please?
