Changed tonight's hotdog and buns to Jerk curry. Just didn't fancy hotdogs. Will have to see what was planned tomorrow to see if it would still go ahead.
Not even sure if i uploaded this week's plan. Thats my job in my house too, I make a great fry up, lol!
Although made an amazing Meatball marinara sauce the other night using this recipe:

Hello everyone! Can I please join too? We've just switched to monthly pay so trying to meal plan for the month and stick to it so we can bulk buy/cook and save for a new car
There are 2 adults and 3 kiddos (6, 4 and 2 with the occasional 13 yr old) in our family.
This weeks plan is:
Thursday: Shepherds Pie (In laws coming for tea too)
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Homemade Pea and Ham soup with sourdough bread
Sunday: Pasta Carbonara
Monday: HM pea and ham soup with sourdough bread
Tuesday: Roast chicken dinner
Wednesday: Leftover chicken mixed with campbells mushroom soup served with rice.
Breakfasts: either porridge, cereal, toast, crumpets or fruit bread. All with a piece of fruit
Lunches: either sandwhiches, pittas, wraps or rolls with a yoghurt and salad veg
Snacks: fruit, raisins, crackers, home popped popcorn with honey and cinammon
Treats/Puds: HM cakes and cookies0 -
Fell off the wagon again! As a result, my shopping bills got higher and i ran out of food before the week was up.
Shame on meBack on the wagon now, and aiming to use up everything that i can, and will be exploring more 'Basic/Value' ranges this week (my week goes from Fri-Thurs for food).
Soo my meal plan is as follows:
Fri-Veggie Hot dogs,onions, salad, corn on the cob
Sat-Chicken Nuggets (HM), potato bites, spaghetti
Sun-Italian Traybake, salad
Mon-SC Chicken curry with crusty bread rolls
Tues-Chilli con carne,rice
Wed-Fish Pie
Thurs-ifits/leftovers.0 -
Used up Veggie hot dogs for dinner after all. For dinner next week we shall mostly be eating:
Mon - fish pie & veg
Tue - black bean chicken stirfry (packet sauce) with noodles
Wed - bacon & tomato pasta
Thur - prawn curry & rice
Fri - mushroom risotto
Sat & Sun - we're away for the week, I just have to do packed lunch for the train on Saturday.
Celery parmigiano looks interesting, does anyone have the recipe or know where I can get it please?0
