    Hey everyone.
On tonights dinner is choizo and veg curry- normally one of my faves, but i am just not in the mood for it. But i have decided that its TOUGH LUCK, i just have to do it :D
I dont wanna!!!! But i have to, as the veg has been chopped, and the chorizo defrosted.

    See the internal struggle? :D

Desperately trying to be organised and meal plan, so reading this thread for super motivation and inspiration:)

Have plenty of veggies and chorizo, so would love your recipe please. Tried to search for similar but with no luck.

I have a fridge, cupboards and 2 freezers full of food, so why is this meal planning so difficult

    thanks for your help guys

Have deviated slightly from the mealplan tonight for kids tea. Had planned to make them HM pizza but had half a baguette left over so have made 'pizza baguettes' served with chips. Quick, easy and used up lots of leftovers for pizza toppings too. Perfect for today as got back late from an afternoon at softplay so kids were super hungry.

DH and I had planned for omelettes but neither of us fancy that so will go for bacon, eggs, chips and beans to use up the bacon and beans which are open in the fridge.

Still need to work out a dinner for tomorrow. Need to use up last of the veggies before we go away. I will get my thinking cap on!

    JUST LOVES THE O/S BOARD
  • Has anyone cooked a fully english breakfast using stoneware before?

I've got a fry-up on tomorrow's menu (for tea) and have heard about people putting everything into their stoneware baker and leaving it for half hour. Just want to hear if anyone has been successful with this before I try it for myself.
