I moved to virgin media from BT because I wanted to watch programmes they didn't have on BT vision. The reception on the wifi is now rubbish. Can't always get connection on my iPad or my phone from my bedroom, whereas with BT is never failed.SPC9 #125 - £816.85

I'm with sky and, touch wood, we've had no problems.
I would never go with virgin as OH used to have an NTL account at uni which was bought by Virgin - they started taking double direct debits (1 NTL, 1 Virgin) and refused to admit any wrongdoing. Had so much hassle with them we swore we'd never use them again.
My biggest bug-bare (sp?) is my water company, its like they have a free pass to have rubbish customer service because you cant change supplier.:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

They shouldn't be allowed to provide poor customer service just because they have a monopoly. Water companies are regulated, and as part of their regulation, they get scored on customer service experience. Poor customer service hits them in the pocket, as they'll get less investment and/or fines (I did an essay on regulated industries a while back)0 -
