Oooh I'm glad MSE is letting me swear about British Telecom...my son calls it BT Broadpants :rotfl::rotfl:

Honestly, don't anyone try to change to BT, they have been useless, rude, cancelled orders, the bombay callcentre is just beyond awful.:mad::mad:

I was starting to worry! They are a little useless, it's not just you!

32b I know what you mean, it has been very quiet here. I think everyone is on summer hols?

I did chase my promotion today, and should have a review scheduled for Sept now, but that's just going to be a formality, so they will see if it's strictly necessary. I would like to have it a little sooner - as bad as this sounds, I'm desperate to move, but obviously I don't want to go immediately after I get the promotion either. Think I will have a proper breakdown if I have to stay here any longer.
