I've just received parcel 2 of 2 of an order I placed first day of sales at 4.15. I had no dispatch email and online it still states processing. On Thursday I had rang boots about another order which after dispatch got returned to warehouse. The warehouse didn't check why returned and just refunded my points and I didn't know any of this until I rang asking why I had been refunded my points. Turns box damaged. She reordered this item for me and arranged Saturday delivery (this was not in the 75% sale). I also asked about my order placed on first day of sales and she told it was n the warehouse and would be delivered today by Dpd in 3 parcels. So as I said no dispatch emails and one parcel delivered at 9ish. I rang boots and at present I have been told that parcel 1 of 2 exists but at present they don't know where it is. The other parcel gods knows. He is looking into it and ringing me back. Seems they are getting alot of complaints about missing and broken items. I did mention that all my items were just thrown in a box with no packaging so was slightly concerned about my other box which has China in it.
Just had phone call back and it seems that 400 orders got stuck in the system which were due for delivery today. These seem to be orders with more than one box. So you may receive part of your order today but had no dispatch email and the rest of the order will be delivered on monday.
Thanks for the info. I guess I might fall into this catergory so will wait till Monday to see if the rest of my order turns up. I had 2 parcels delivered today together and all that is listed on the invoice that is supposed to be there is there. Of course the Ted Baker set and Dove sets that I most wanted are apparently in the 3rd parcel that hopefully will turn up lol. I did have a couple items cancelled on my dispatch email I got this morning and they were not on that list so just have to wait and see I guess. Packaging wasn't great but items must have been handled well as only a few things out of boxes but nothing torn or messed up.0 -
DPD usually send an email giving an hour time slot that they will deliver within, usually accurate in my experience.
I got a text early this morning to say it would be delivered between 9.58 and 10.58. My WW meeting was at 10 so not ideal! However, I took the chance and went and got weighed. Less busy than usual, probably because of the weather. Came straight back and DPD courier arrived around 10.30 so very lucky for me!
Outer boxes looked fine but inside had all been packed loose. Amazingly everything was in good condition. The trouble is that the first order that I placed that supposedly was despatched first hasn't arrived The 3rd order did arrive, even though it still shows as being processed. There should have been 5 boxes in all to cover orders number 2 and 3 but one is missing, even though the items are shown on the invoice. I did only sign for 4 boxes though so not worried about getting charged if they don't turn up. These had a couple of men's things in though and I could have done with that more than the other stuff really. I have a son, 4 nephews, a brother in law and my niece's husand that I buy for and not much in the stash for them.
I did initially want the 1st order the most but can live without it if needs be. I was given a small Ted Baker set for Xmas and really liked it so had ordered the large set in the first order so will be a bit disappointed about that but I have far too many toiletries anyway.
I am very lucky to have got so much of it - although I did order in the wee small hours of the morning. I'm not too sure about the pink pepper and fig stuff and may possibly return that. It's a bit disappointing that the FCUK set has a diary in but at £3.50 the set is still good value and I can either keep it for myself or repackage it.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
I ordered around 4am one order for me (small - no mates) and one for my sister (bigger - too many friends), both as pick ups as did not trust things to be undamaged.
If you order for store pick up I think it would still be sent there by courier, rather than the stock in the shop being used. I would therefore think that it would be just as likely to be damaged as it would if it was home delivered.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
My order arrived this afternoon, in two boxes. One was huge with the items rattling around, and there was only one item in the other box, which could have gone in with the first. Everything was intact though and everything came apart from the head gardener mug, so I am pretty happy. Especially pleased with the dove gift set.

Hmmmm I rang this morning as should have been delivered yesterday, but nothing, order still says processing, ordered 2 of the baking sets, some fitflops and some other bits & Bob's. Customer services say it is stuck in the warehouse, she will send it on. I have a feeling they are telling fibs about the baking set stock levels.Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

This may be, but if you think about it-
A- You have all complained about the lack of packaging in your boxes.
B- You are all complaining about orders containing CHINA baking sets not being sent out.
If these had been sent out how many of you would be complaining about SMASHED CHINA baking sets.0 -
Do you get an email to say when goods arrive instore, I had an email 2 days a go to say that my order was dispatched but nothing to say it has arrived instore?

Swansea Quadrant - right at the back upstairs, a few boxes of cards (£1.25 from £5) and some wrapping paper.
There were a few perfume sets (pop star type) but I'm not sure if they were on 755 off or from the 'clearance' shelves of slightly reduced oddments and short dated baby food etc.
Summer stock going onto the sale shelves.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
No dispatch email for me, but 2 x big champneys sets appeared earlier, huge box and loads of added brown paper to stop them moving.
Paperwork says I am due another box to be delivered, fingers crossed that will contain the other 4 items I ordered.
Btw website still says processing!0
